2. Heat treatment:
According to different chemical compositions, continuous quenching and tempering at specific temperatures can increase the toughness of steel balls to meet different application fields and working conditions.
3. Quality inspection:
Hardness test: during the production process, we accurately control the overall hardness of the steel ball. The overall hardness is uniform, and the difference between internal and external hardness is not more than 2HRC.
Chromium content ≥ 10% - 14%, hardness HRC ≥ 58, high chromium alloy cast ball is a kind of wear-resistant ball with high usage rate and good wear resistance in the cement industry, and its application scope is relatively wide.
Chromium content exceeds 14%, hardness HRC ≥ 58. This is a special high chromium steel ball, which is suitable for industries with more meticulous grinding and high consumption. Of course, its price is also quite high, and its cost performance ratio is slightly lower than that of high chromium ball.
