1. About quality control
1) Jinan Zhongwei Steel Ball has its own laboratory testing center, which not only undertakes the quality testing and quality assurance of the company's internal products, but also provides customers with product testing and product selection suggestions.
2) According to ISO9001:2008 as the basis of quality management, each important process link from raw materials entering the factory to products leaving the factory shall be provided with a process control card, which shall be supervised and controlled by full-time quality inspectors. The quality inspection system of workshop self inspection, re inspection by quality inspection department and final inspection before delivery has been established.
3) In terms of physical and chemical performance testing equipment, it is equipped with such excellent testing equipment and instruments as direct reading spectrometer, Rockwell hardness tester, Leeb hardness tester, ball drop tester and impact tester imported from Germany.
4) Excellent spectral detection runs through the whole production process of furnace front, furnace rear, semi-finished products and finished products. It can visually and effectively identify the content of chemical elements, ensure long-term stability of chemical composition and performance, and meet production and customer needs.
