SGS comes to the factory for inspection
The newly developed Tanzania customer purchased 60mm and 80mm forged steel balls, packed in iron drums. In order to reassure customers about the quality, we have applied for the professional third-party inspection SGS in the industry to inspect the goods.
The inspectors randomly selected three steel ball samples and tested the hardness and chemical composition respectively. The weight and quantity of each barrel of steel balls were also checked, and the final results were all qualified.
Our own laboratory also has complete testing equipment, spectrometer to test the chemical composition of steel balls, Rockwell hardness tester to test the hardness of steel balls, a 6.5-meter drop tester, which is twice as high as the 3-meter drop tester commonly used in the market. There are impact value testing machines and wire cutting core pulling machines, which are convenient for checking the internal hardness and structure of steel balls.
For the quality of our products, from raw materials to the production process, we have carried out strict quality control at every step, and we will conduct laboratory inspections before leaving the factory. It is guaranteed that every steel ball that leaves the factory is a qualified product that meets customer requirements.
